>> Run the program. You will see something like this. It is your default logon screen.

>> Click on "Change Logon Screen" and point to the image that you want to use as your logon screen. Currently it supports only .jpg images but I am sure that more formats will be added soon.
>> When you select an image, it will tell you that it has created a backup for the old logon screen, and the new one is successfully installed.
>> This is what my logon screen looks like.
>> You can click on Test to make sure that your logon screen has changed.
