Its Your Web, Use it Like You Own It

Imagine this, you are on a website and suddenly a pop up appears out of nowhere asking you to agree the terms and conditions. Thirty seconds in, and another one appears asking you to subscribe for newsletter. Ads all around the page. And when you are done with this nonsense and want to close the page another reminder comes, wont you miss our website? and you are sitting there like

Or there are some things on the site that you want to change as per you taste, like for no reason you want to change the background to blue or reduce the size of all images on the page.

You got my point I think. All you need is a bit of programming knowledge and a magic tool.
